Your appointments & wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us, we understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. When cancelling or rescheduling please provide us with 48hrs notice prior to avoid in loss of the deposit.
If you are more than 20mins late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the entire appointment. Please note that missed or no show to your appointment will result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee will be issued. We want you to feel pampered and get the nail transformation you deserve.
